Thumbs down Vineyard Shopping Center waters Blanco Road, cars
Nice to get hit with a stream of water courtesy of a shopping center. Not only is it a bad waste of water, it's quite dangerous since the motorist that gets hit has to scramble to use windshield wipers before the intersection at 1604. Plus, it was after 8, so it was violating the rules.
