Any pictures of the former Fiesta Plaza Mall built in 1984? Bill Miller's purchased the property in auction 7 years later and donated it to UTSA (it had become overrun with homeless). Any idea of the tenants?

The only picture I've been able to find was in this brochure.

I know it's nickname was the pink elephant, based on it's color and utter failure.

It was built on the land of the red light district. The people inhabiting the Pink Elephant might have been trying to take their district back. I do have pics of the district before the mall was built. Check my albums.

does anyone else remember too that off I-35 North and Eisenhaur, that Alamo church (think its a non denom one) use to be a mall once upon a time way back in the day??

It was an outlet mall, if you go to Las Vegas there is one that looks exactly like the one here in town.

I know this is an old thread, but I found it while looking for details on Fiesta Plaza mall, so I thought I'd post what I had in case someone else is comes across this later. Here is an aerial pic of the mall circa 1987 (sorry it's a little grainy-- it's a zoom-in from a wider shot):
