Rocoto's is great, though a little too far from our house, we tend to hit up El Cebiche de Waldito on Evers when I have the Peruvian food cravings-doubt if there's more than 5 tables inside so definitely qualifies as hole-in-the-wall.

Hey now...Freds Fish Fry is cool. They have managed to stay open for decades despite cars never being there and no customers going in/out. Top-notch business model son.

Turquoise Grill, Pasha and Jerusalem Grill are not holes in the wall. Those are regular restaurants.
Or you meant Mediterranean Turkish Grill on Mc Cullough?

I love me some Fred's fish fry. We used to get really good burgers at this place called El Torreon off culebra just after bandera. That is truely a hole in the wall
