Probably because they would like to raise a red flag to those thinking of of moving here. Wish someone would have warned us.

We were all able to buy German cars 6 years ago. The bottom line is that this town is hell on earth. People from Northern Cal, and Beverly Hills laugh at us

why stay if you hate it? personally i really like it here. we live in the french valley. we moved here because we have 3 small children and there aren't many places in southern califronia where we could buy a house and afford the mortgage on one income so my wife could stay home with our kids. the temecula school district is awesome. great test scores and my grade 1 student is doing great. it's safe, quiet and full of families and children. we moved here so our kids could have the best life possible in the circumstances we find ourselves in. if i win the lottery then maybe i'll consider beverly hills but until then i'm pretty grateful for the community i live in.

I agree with the previous posters, why stay if you hate it? If you moved here then hate it, maybe you didn't do enough research before you moved. And if you did then it just wasn't for you, keep it moving. Next! People just don't understand there's 'different strokes for different folks'. You can hate it all day & night but obviously alot of people call it home. I think it really nonsesnsical that somebody would create a thread to bash one town. But hey if that floats your boat... Otherwise I love Temecula, it's perfect for me and my family very different from back home in DC.

Good for Walmart.

I live in the triangle between I-15 and 215 in Murrieta. We have lived all over California, Florida, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, Canada, Mexico, and Venezuela. We can afford to live wherever we want but we chose to move here from San Diego 8 years ago. We love this area and would not consider living anywhere else.

If you don't like it here then don't live here. It is a great area.

I commute from Murrieta to El Cajon. I know
I made my bed and now I have to lie in it. BUT, damn, traffic is getting worse! I cannot figure out for the life of me why people cannot drive up the 15 S towards the checkpoint??? Why is it so hard? Every single morning for the last month it is absolutely stopped for no reason.
My ride sucked already because of Escondido, but now, uhhhhhhhhh.
