In Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange and North County?

I've heard of investment groups that have been buying up all the distressed properties, rehabbing them then renting them out. Does anyone know the names of these companies? Websites...etc?

I know two families that are wanting to move out here to Southern California and rent for a while before buying.

What area are you looking at exactly? I know of a good landlord who does it and a group who does it. But this is in San Bernardino or Yucaipa areas I believe. Narrow down where they want to be . One area in IE could be very different from another.
