Riverside I hear has the nice areas in Canyon Crest, Mission Grove, Orangecrest area. Friends live in the area and say those are the best areas to live in. If you like vintage homes they said there are some really nice ones by Mt. Rubidoux. The schools I heard in the Orangecrest area are good from friends there that have their kids enrolled. Friends particularly like the Orangecrest area and said they would recommend it.

We are looking at buying in Terramor but hesitating a bit because of the congestion as mentioned already on the 15. The view is sweet and the price is right.

Glad I read this thread I didn't know that's the smoggy part of Corona.

If we purchased something closer to 91/241 we could make the grind to Irvine everyday not from Temescal Valley though that's another 20 minutes south?

We looked in Eastvale/Chino and it smelled too much like cow, plus Chino has the prisons.

Smog tends to sit over 92881/92882/92883. If you look west from the higher parts of 92879, you can see the smog over Corona plain as day.

Temescal Valley to Irvine every day would be a word worse than horrible.

Thanks for responding

I am going to have a talk with my GF about moving to a part of Corona that you suggested besides it's close to where some friends of mine used to live and they liked it.

Yeah even working from home 2 days a week, 3 days of grinding from Temescal Valley to Irvine is just too much.

She fell in love with the views from Temescal Valley and saw a new fully loaded home for $525,000.

Me, the practical one, has been mapping drive times on GM and the traffic is crazy like you said heading to Temescal Valley.

I am open to buying a used home closer to Irvine because it could make a huge difference in my pay. Jobs just don't pay as much based in Corona, which makes sense, lower COL.
