Where's the photo album? I live in La Quinta and I know that on humid days we can smell the Salton Sea. I know they've had millions of dead fish in the past - in fact, withn the past couple of years. I read the Desert Sun. I've been out to Salton Sea numerous times because I am a bird lover and I've gone many, many times to the Sonny Bono Wildlife Preserve.
