Ok. so ive come up on a deal that i can not refuse! 4bd 2bth home for 100k. its in great condition and comming from a good family friend. just so happens ive been looking for a home in SD with NO luck! put in over 6 offers all way above asking prices each time to be sold for a much lesser cash offer. So to take advantage of the current market im jumping on this blessing presented to me. Heres the problem. Everyone down here has me afraid of moving into a community of drug dealers and murderers. Now I know that can be anywhere, just like down here(chula vista), but theres a better chance of that happening in the worst parts of town. looked on this forum a little bit and found that the 92557 area code is suposed to be a nicer part of town The house is off indian ave about a mile and a half north of the 60. Gonna end up moving anyways but it would be nice to get some info from some people that live up their.

I would be scared too. Even though you might find a nice sub-division, you still have to look at the city as a whole. Like were you will be shopping and dining, etc.

I think it would be a very hard adjustment going from SD to Moreno Valley. JMO.

Is there any other value to the house other than its low price and the fact that it's a house?
