You have access to all of the information to every city in the country on this website. El cajon:
http://www.city-data.com/city/El-Cajon-California.html It says 3.6%, but I grew up there and it seems more like 25% black, 25% white, 25% mexican, and 25% middle eastern. I can promise you its not 3.6 though.

PLENTY.....yes there are PLENTY of AA's in El Cajon.......and that is a GREAT thing!!!!

Me too I live in this bowl
. I'd say EC is at least 40% chaldean. Than I'd guess 20% Latino, 25% White, 15%black. We have a very high black population for a SD town.

That is the downfall unfortunately. You really see the effects drugs can have. These people have completely lost their minds. El Cajon really is a cool town but its flaws (the zombies being the biggest for me) are unlike things you will see anywhere else.

El Cajon, as of the 2010 Census, is 19.3% Black, which is a full 14% increase from 12 years ago, when El Cajon was just over 5% Black. I can't speak much to the environment other than to say if you're a Black prospective resident looking to move to SD County, this is one of the only options in terms of a large African-American presence other than Southeast San Diego (city).

. I'd say EC is at least 40% chaldean. Than I'd guess 20% Latino, 25% White, 15%black. We have a very high black population for a SD town.
