It is. Never have lived there, but have friends/acquaintances who have or who do, and I always considered the neighborhoods north of Adams - desirable. Not as familiar going south, but based on driving through, I would agree it's less desirable.

My co-worker was going to buy a tiny single family home in normal heights for $585k. It seemed like way too much for what it was (2/1 900 sq ft). I think this has become a popular neighborhood and more desirable. BTW, the house didn't appraise for the $560k they offered so they didn't buy it. It's back on the market for $585k.

I live in Bay Park and there are some REALLY nice 3 story town homes on my street. They go for under $500k. It's called Sunset Cove.
