It looks like she's decided not to move here after all.

What is the best way to find a rental property on Oahu?

Looking for a social work job

but her SD-related posts post-date the Hawaii ones. My guess is that she may be affiliated with the military in some ways given that Colorado, SD, and Hawaii are all locales with significant military bases.

Good guess, but in the post below she asks for advice about how to find social work jobs in Hawaii:

Looking for a social work job

Hopefully, she will return and tell us a bit more about where she will be working and whether she is just shopping locations or actually planning to move to San Diego.

If she's in the military, she wouldn't be deciding where to move herself, Uncle Sam would have given her orders to a specific location.

Well she obviously isn't in the military getting a PCS, though could be a vet - it just seems kind of interesting that she's looking at places with large military presences.
