South Beach? Tin Fish? is this deliberate misdirection or do you guys really think those are good tacos?

South Beach is well known I think it’s just okay.

Bluewater Seafood really tasty.
Kiko food truck very good as well. Always have a huge line.

I'm not sure if they have the best hard shell tacos, but Las Cuatro Milpas in Barrio Logan definitely has the best taquitos!!!

And I do like the fish tacos at South Beach Bar and Grill...

It is very useful, practical.
Here's the specifics:
I don't like Tin Fish, South Ocean Grill, or Las Cuatras (like Jenkay)
I like Salud! and El Gordo.
Was your post useful or not, calling out my posts on thread, cruitr?

I like Cuatro Milpas. I've been going there since I was a kid and now I'm in my 50s. Their ability to last throughout the decades is a testament to the food being served there....because its definitely not the ambiance or service. There is also a line out the door and down the street most hours of the day. This has been the case since I can remember.

I enjoy eating there. I'm not going to stop eating there. My favorite dish is the arroz con frijole with tortillas.

I don't care what Bloom and Jenkay think.

With that being said, they are not on my taco list.

That's what she said. You are not the only one who doesn't care.
El Indio is another one that is tourist popular but appears bad.
In contrast, Luche Libre nearby to El Indio has decent burritos (to go far off-topic), and often lines. I recall when LL first opened and I was one of first customers and bathroom was sparkling clean - pepperidge farm remembers too.

I used to like El Indio. That's another joint that I remember going to as a kid and even stopping off there after hitting up The Aero Club and Pink Panther in my younger inebriated days. I think they must have sold to someone else or the latest generation of family isn't running the place like the prior.

Luche Libre is great. I just don't get there too often.
