To clarify, if you look at the thread called "Went to see Tijuana dentists yesterday", you'll notice that a certain Dr T is recommended way more often than others.
Almost all of those recommendations look fake. Posted by people with little posting history, doing nothing on CD but praising this dentist or defending his reputation. Broken English is another give-away.
By the way, a pet peeve of mine: Mexican dentists shouldn't be called "doctors". They have something close to a bachelor's degree. After 10 years of practicing dentistry, nobody cares, I guess, but the way they just append "DDS" to their names and expect to be called "doctor whatever" is misleading.
