FYI...A's win today and are the Western Division Champions.

No having to worry about the one game playoff for Wild Card teams, they are the champions.

Mr. Flyer is a Bay Area native and we have a baseball package with Comcast, so I was able to see the game.

You're gonna be nervous, pre-occupied and sleep deprived, but there's nothing else like it. We moved back east in the spring of 2004. Talk about great timing, baseball wise. It was the magic year for the Red Sox and it was amazing.

Enjoy the ride!

Imagine if such an incredible game were played at a new stadium at Jack London Square....how sweet that would be.

I enjoyed watching it happen at the house of champions...same field where incredible games have been won by the likes of Catfish Hunter, Rickey, Reggie, Stew, Eck, Miggy, Huddy, etc etc.

Last night's game was perfect! I lost my voice and my ears were ringing a bit this morning, but I couldn't have been any happier until I saw today's game

It looks like they're renewing their lease at O.Co, so they'll be there a while.

A JLS/Uptown stadium would be sweeeeet though!

I actually hope the Giants lose in the 1st round. Can't stand that team/fan base

I know the Bay Area is weird and is happy both teams are in, but I just can't let myself root for the Giants under pretty much any circumstances. And the last thing I want are bandwagon A's fans that will root for them just because the Giants get knocked out by the Reds. Flame away, but it's the truth...
