Someone I know told me that he lives in a neighborhood in Oakland that he really likes which I think he called Cobble Hill. Does anyone have any more information about this part of town in reference to affordability, fun stuff to do, safety, access to BART, Parks and rental availability of 2-3 bedroom houses apartments. Thanks so much. We are having a beautiful day here in New England for a change.

Cobble Hill is in Brooklyn.. I think your friend is confused. I don't know of any area in Oakland by that name. Ivy Hill is one of the nicer areas as far as the 'flats' go, but I have no idea whether that's what he meant.
