HELP!Just for study & improve my English quickly

I am international student, admitted into SJSU for my Master's degree. I want to looking for some place where i am gonna live, safe , fulfilled with young native(of course local people--us people) and not far from SJSU, that could help me improve my spoken English and learn about US information as well.
