Don't get me started about Scott. This the latest info I know about what he's doing (or not doing) for education:

I haven't heard a breakdown of what each county will specifically lose.

The latest I've read is that Sarasota County School District would be cut an estimated $36 million for the 2011-2012 budget plus $27.5 million in stimulus funds will no longer be available. The district is supposedly considering options to cut costs such as employee contributions to healthcare coverage, rerouting buses to cut transportation costs and yes, eliminating positions.
