what a Beautiful Looking Community and beautiful homes...however right On Iona rd...We noticed Bee Ridge Water Reclamation Facility...how bad does the smell get? I know spring time is when most people put their homes up for sale, just curious if this is why so many homes in this area are selling..seems like the perfect area, My gut feelings are saying Buyer beware...like the day after closing on a home, the smell of doom
from the water treat facility will set down upon my beautiful new home and I would not be able to use my beautiful yard.... any thoughts?

Interesting - there is a small neighborhood going up near us - it is called Hidden something or other - my husband calls it "Hidden Pooping Station" because it is built right next to a sewer treatment station - and sometimes it smells over there - how can people be so stupid as to buy there?
