Wouldn't you think that's a tad high?

How many prospects do you think will read that fine print? Also, does that include the use of the toilet? I guess that since it usually is in another room, that would be another $614.

They'll probably get it. SCAD parents have big checkbooks.

If the listed property is geared toward SCAD students, that wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility. At GSU they construct such four bedroom places, and some even have four bathrooms to accommodate each of those bedrooms. It's basically an enlarged dorm area (a common living/dining/kitchen area in the middle, with bedrooms/bathrooms on either side). Not sure what the current rates would be, but I'm thinking not that much lower.

Sounds like the perfect time of year to list such college-geared units, what with all the parents and prospective students visiting. The "regular" units could be rented any time, but now is the time to strike on any off-campus housing deals.

Yes, these are "student apartments" which means private dorms.

According to SCAD's website; here's the comparable rate for a dorm (one year):

Apartment style, Savannah (private bedroom; meal plan optional) US $9,775

Doing the math, it would appear that living at One West is much cheaper than living in a SCAD housing.
