...i've noticed a very interesting apartment in Lynnwood that's very close to Martha Lake Park.

is this a nice park? nice area? run down? any advise would be welcome - thank you

Not a great area. It is known for crime.

It's fine in the day time for visits with the kiddos. It's also not as bad as it was in years past. The area is changing, but remains spotty.
