Human milk was made for baby humans. Cows milks for baby cows. Goat milk for baby goats. Etc... Cows milk was not designed for humans, it was designed for cows. Check out the movie "Forks Over Knives". Good one.

Interesting article but it doesn't say which neighborhood has the most Veg/Vegan restaurants. This says which area has the most Veg residents. Probably correlates closely though.

Most restaurants in Seattle cater to vegetarians/vegans. Wallingford only has two completely vegetarian restaurants. So, if Wallingford has the highest percent of vegetarians, where are they eating?
Maybe at some of the veg friendly but not exclusively veggie places in the neighborhood. Maybe they're eating at home more because it's an older population, spending more on mortgage payments instead of rent and clothes for the kids. Capitol Hill has a boatload of vegetarian restaurants, a younger population and less kids. Who knows?

Totally true. We went to a non-veg restaurant (Vios Cafe) and after telling us the specials, the waitress told us what was vegan before we even asked. It's a very veg-friendly city, for sure. Better than any other city I've ever visited. It's nice, because I'm like a level 10 carnivore and my husband and I can always eat together wherever we go.
