Though I'm not a huge In-N-Out Burger fan, one in seattle would be awesome. I think it would be extremely successful especially with so many California transplants in the area.

I haven't heard of Miguel's Jr. But I'm sure I'd love it! When I lived in Costa Mesa I loved Rubio's and Wahoo's. Baja Fresh was also a favorite, but the one I tried in Redmond was awful!

I'm surprised Noodles & Company hasn't opened in Bellevue. For such a simple concept, the dishes are actually pretty good: Noodles & Company: Menu

I don't get the appeal of their fries, they taste so bland to me, but the burgers are good.

Yeah I was disappointed when I tasted it in San Francisco a few years back but the burger is exceptional. It definitely is praised by many though!

I hate In-N-Out fries, but the burgers are the best.

I agree, I'm a big fry fan so a burger place that doesn't make good fries is a no go...I love their burgers to death but they are my least favorite fries out there. There is a secret menu, though, which includes animal style fries...basically fries with cheese, grilled onions and whatever sauce they have on the burgers...which is really good but would be a lot better with good fries.

That's why it's nice to have an In-N-Out near a Del Taco. You get your good burger, and then drive through to get some crinkle-cut fries. Then you drive to the gym.

Or go home and take a nap.

Hah! Good luck with Chik-fil-A. I have a feeling it would be a common occurrence for neo-liberals and LBGT equality folks to bombard them with flyers and attempt to drive down business. Don't they know we're one of the least-churched regions in the USA?

And ugh ... White Castle = death. I dunno. I could never get over the nasty taste of steam cooked hamburgers with onions. They're called sliders for a reason ... slide in and slide right back out. Explosively sometimes. No thanks.

Personally the only place that once in a blue moon I miss is Dunkin' Donuts. But then I remind myself there's so many other far superior options that I quickly dismiss that and have a superior one. Local stores tend to have higher quality stuff at reasonable prices. But if they do come, I'd go in once a month for the nostalgia.

One place that I DO miss is Giordano's. Please please please SOMEONE tell the Chicago pizza giants that there's a market here! Now I like Kylie's, don't get me wrong, but it's just one place and it's pretty far away from me ...
