How far are you willing to travel? And from where?

Well, I'm hoping for a cheap place. I used to pay $1.50 for haircuts in India, and then I came to the US, and it jump 10 times. Will it likely to jump 10 times again?

Anyway, about 10-15 miles from Belltown.

Rudy's is the "hip" place to go, and I hear it's relatively inexpensive. I can't give you a price since I've never actually been there myself, but a lot of my friends go there religiously and they never come out looking clowny and lopsided, so they must be doing something right....right?

Rudy's Barbershop

There are spots all over Seattle, including Belltown. The website is in flash so I can't copy and paste the locations list - just click on "Enter" and then "Shops"

Two others:
Clean Cut in Pioneer Square 221 James, 206-621-2190, Miguel is the great barber there,
and Balcony Barber shop in the Pike Place Market.
...and there's a place around 8th and King in the International District that charges 5 dollars for haircuts.
