How is the center of Edmonds as far as safety and location? Thanks!

Downtown Edmonds is nice, safe, and convenient. Sounder Train to downtown Seattle and ferry to Whidbey Island, and lots of good parks and restaurants.

It's safe, very nice, but convenience depends on where you want to travel. If you are zipping into downtown Seattle, or north to Everett, you are fine. I wouldn't want to head east from there.

I think you meant to say the ferry goes to Kingston, Ira! Edmonds is safe and many people commute from there to Everett or Seattle.

You're right, Mayfair! Brainfart! Edmonds is not the same place as Mukilteo, and is actually nicer in my opinion.

It's very safe. I don't think there are many areas in the Seattle metro area that are not safe, actually......Especially the North and East suburb
