Default Weather in Enumclaw

It looks like my husband's job will be transferring and we will be moving to the Enumclaw area. I am from the Midwest, have never been to Washington, and so I'm just trying to find out what to expect. How is the weather in Enumclaw? Does it rain nonstop? Do they get any snow in the winter?

Yes fall winter is wet. Drizzle wet most the time with over cast skies.A few sunny days late Oct to May. Some snow..last year was more than the last 20 years but not like the midwest. However you are at the base of Mt Rainier National Park and Crystal Mountain Ski resort just up the road. Enumclaw is a great location for outdoor activities and really has grown the last decade. Summers usually mid 70's to low 80's - amazingly now we have had 20 days of sun a couple in the 90's no rain. That normally starts after 4th July.
