Yeah in terms of percentages, I think metro Charleston is the second fastest-growing on the East Coast; it definitely has no aspirations of staying small. But I'm glad that it didn't have the post-war boom that other Southern cities experienced; that probably would have wiped out a good bit of the city's historic urban fabric.
