Much of this depends on what's considered urban/suburban schools. It's more obvious when it comes to the largest urban and suburban areas in the state, but how would schools in Sumter, Greenwood, Hartsville, Walterboro, Orangeburg, Newberry, Georgetown, Lancaster, Darlington, etc. be classified?
