No, I understand that you prefer not to help take care of the developmentally disabled at all. You prefer the old ways where they were institutionalized and you did not have to see them at all. That was actually *more* expensive to the taxpayer which is why the institutions were shut down (it had nothing at all to do with wanting the best for all our citizens disabled or not).
OTOH, this thread had to do with where the best services are. You know, like when you move because you want your kids in a better school district? Same thing here.
