Is the downtown area kind of an open air mall in some areas or something? I saw a pic that made it seem that way. Sorry the super long link ^^;

Gotta watch it on my lunch break ^_^

I was wondering also, around that mall, are there other shopping areas, or is it mostly offices?

Shopping, restaurants, bars, offices, skyways, hotels, Riverfront Park, apartments, homes, and a little blight.
