Baseball needs to cut the games down to 82 like NBA and a better playoff structure.

How do people have the time to follow all 4?? I follow 2 sports (soccer and hockey) and I find that following only two sports is a commitment in itself. As far as Watching those sports as a casual viewer, I can't do more than 45 minutes of an American football game due to the constant commercial breaks and stoppages in play. Baseball knocks me out, and pro basketball is just atrocious.

You don't want to watch it. I just use Yahoo sports to follow my 4 teams.

Have been meaning to head out to a Rangers game with some friends sometime this summer. I am a fan of 3 out of 4, but haven't really seen the appeal of baseball. Maybe a trip to the ballpark will help me see what I'm missing.

I have not found anyone that truly loves watching all of the big 4 sports.
You had me until hockey. Basketball, football, and baseball are my favorite sports, while hockey isn't quite my thing although it doesn't kill me watching it, and I do keep up with things like the postseason and who is in and wins the Stanley Cup Finals.

In my book:

1. baseball (watch my Phillies most days of the week, if I'm not watching them, I'm listening on the radio, or following on my phone)
2. football...used to watch every Eagles game religiously, now not so much because I hate Michael Vick. Watch Notre Dame when I get the chance.
3. hockey...I rarely watch on TV, maybe just a few minutes here or there of the Pens. Like to go to games live, though....the AHL Pens play not far from me.
4. basketball....I couldn't care less about basketball, other than occasionally shooting a few in the driveway with my kids. Used to watch the Sixers all the time when I was a kid, but couldn't care less these days.
