My father was an original New York Titans fan...which led to my rooting for the Jets. Can't quite say the same for baseball, since the Dodgers went on an extended road trip in 1958 and haven't been back since. (But, like all true National League fans, there was no way he was going to watch Yankee baseball. Consequently, I'm a Met fan).

My dad was a Brooklyn Dodgers fan, so no. I did grow up as a Mets fan, which is as close as I could get.

Yes, I do root for the same team as my father did. I grew up watching Dallas Cowboys football for years. They are still my favorite team. Dad always watched football when the Cowboys were playing.

We also used to love the Houston Oilers (way before they disbanded and left). I wished they were still around. I miss them greatly. "LUV YA BLUE"!!!

My dad, who died when I was a baby, was a college RB who loved the Bears and was friends with a couple of them. So I grew up in Pa. liking the Bears. I didn't switch to the Eagles until I was in my 20s........
