I would like to know what people are using that its working. I started a colon cleansing treatment a week ago - pills based on plants. It works some, better than what I tried before (an expensive colon cleansing kit from GNC, which did NOTHING).
I eat a healthy diet - big healthy salads for lunch every day, oatmeal for breakfast, etc, yet, I have a very hard time getting stools. Is not as easy as some of you think - stop eating bad food and you will magically get rude of constipation. Some of us are made differently that others... Every body on my Dad's side of the family suffers from chronic constipation and digestive issues, so it may be genetic.
I've noticed that since I started this treatment a week ago and I am having two small stools per day I feel a lot lighter, no more heart burns (it was so bad for me I had to take Tums every hour or so), no more headaches and back ake, and a general feeling of feeling better. However, I am not sure that I am taking the right stuff, plus I need a long term solution. Any thoughts?
