I agree that it isn't there yet, but the potential is great. I think that is what the story is getting at.

This is an article about one man. Syracuse is going to need a lot more young people coming in than just one guy to reverse the decades-old trend of flight to the suburbs, and the flight of young people out of upstate NY.

There are actually some others like this guy that just don't get the publicity, but I do agree that it's just a start.
