Does Clark's have anything other than roast beef sandwiches and pickled eggs? I never understood the hype about that place, but it could have to do with the fact that I don't eat beef. Is it really that good?

I was never able to get there before they closed, but they are known for having many beers on tap and only one sandwich, which is the roast beef. The first time my sister and her fiance came to visit me here, the fiance was asking about it (and that was the first I had ever heard of Clark's). It's more for the beer, less for the sandwich.

And cheese plates.

I'm waiting impatiently for them to reopen... but they make a really good beef sandwich.

And, unlike most bars... good beer and an atmosphere where you can actually hear the people you're there with.

For the foodies and non foodies, what is a restaurant that you have been wanting to go to, but haven't been able to go to yet?

I haven't been to Laci's Tapas, but I would like to.
I want to try the Thanksgiving waffles at Funk N Waffles too.
There is a new Chinese Hot Pot place in the old, old El Canelos on Erie Blvd I want to try also.

I may have to add those too. I've wanted to try Santangelo's in Liverpool, Boom Boom Mex Mex on Howlett Hill Rd. and Asahi on Westcott Street.

I've been to both Santangelo's and Boom Boom. Santangelo's was fine, typical upscale-ish Italian place. I'm not a huge fan of going out for Italian though, so I'd probably be a bad judge, lol. Boom Boom is highly overrated in my eyes. It was alright, but I def wouldn't drive 20min out there for so-so food again.

I hit The Mission for the first time a few weeks ago with friends for their Sunday Brunch. Uhhhh their chorizo sweet potato hash was AMAZING!
