I really don't want to purchase one from Walmart, but if they sell higher ends then why not. Btw, I've been doing some research too so don't come across as a smart as* or I'll block you

You can try some of the Tampa "Freecycle" groups or of course the Craigslist "Free" community.

We bought our ping pong table at Sears. It folds up and sits against the wall in the garage. We open it up and play in the garage when we get company. It has lasted quite a few years with no damage. Try looking on craigslist for a used one or sometimes in the local paper or garage sales.

I play table tennis (as we call it) regularly at local clubs. You can ask people there that do this on regular basis. I am not part of the people who buy the tables but we get often times new and they dispose old ones.

There are three clubs around tampa bay: at South Tampa, Clearwater/St. Pete, and Land O Laked. I play in the last two places regularly. here is their web site.

Sunrise table tennis. This is perhaps the most active one (Sunrise Table Tennis Club - Table Tennis (Ping Pong) play on Florida's Suncoast in Pinellas County, Florida.)

Land O Lake table tennis (Land O Lakes Table Tennis Club loltabletennis).

There are tones of of computation through out Tampa Bay at every level. If you haven't been there I encourage you to check them out. You won't be disappointed

I buy my table tennis gear from Paddle Palace (Table Tennis / Ping Pong Equipment and Supplies) not sure if that's what you are looking for as they normally sale new and higher end.

Good luck

Edit: I forgot there is one at Temple Terrace but I don't normally go there as most are beginners
