I haven't found many good Mexican places here. I went to a Mexican restaurant that just opened in St. Pete. I got two puny Carne Asada tacos that were over $7.00, and the meat was dried out or overcooked. As for In-N-Out, I've never been to one that wasn't crowded.

On the other hand the taste buds aren't very refined in St. Petersburg, maybe they prefer pink slime and eyeball burgers followed by a cigarette.

A World of Beer in Downtown Tampa...or just more bars and restaurants down there in general. One of the only things Tampa is missing is a great downtown area.

Just what we need, more drunks on the road. There are a couple bars downtown and parking is so limited as-is. You basically have to leave your car on the streets so it can get broken into or one of the city lots which are pretty far away from any sort of restaurant/bar.

Right...well I would like the whole downtown atmosphere change and be more like a little Chicago or something...maybe even an L train to mitigate the parking/drunk driving problems.

The best that I've found in the Bay area is Urban Cantina or Estellas.

Being originally from CA, I love Del Taco & In-and-Out. I doubt that we'll ever get them here in Tampa though.
