As today is the first official day of hurricane season, here's hoping we have some tropical activity......but no deaths and as little damage as possible. Having the bigger storms off the coast, where we can watch them from land, would be nice.

I get $75,000 worth of coverage for $275 for my place. I figure I'll cover the rest out of my pocket if it should happen. Not in a flood zone, but I'm about 30 feet from a huge man made lake.
