Got a huge storm today. Watching storms building back to the west now, but may be running out of time before they get here for a second round of rain. We shall see. Was a beautiful day yet again.

Don't have any grass. All sand and weeds. It could be another 4 days before i see a drop. The axis of the high is dead locked and nothing but west winds for a few more days. Anyone that lives more inland than i do has a 23.2% to 80% better chance of rain that i ever do with a west wind.

Building further west and getting closer. I see the thunderclouds forming over the tree horizon. Will probably come up just short, as we are about to run out of daylight.
