Here's an interesting video I found of the place:

I tend to agree with you debidibly... Weird though, the joy some take seeing a business fail. Connerton will thrive, it's a beautiful community and the current builders are making great progress. People continue to be drawn to the nature and wildlife it has to offer.

Travel time can be a factor for those buying a home, but job locations vary greatly as does the buyers attitude about that issue.

I visited Connerton when The Arbors as being built and it was lovely. I liked the green spaces and the whole concept of a walkable village. The homes I toured were beautiful as well. I'm sorry to see it go down.

That is the most offensive post I have ever read.
What did "we" win?
Why would you "hope" they lost money?
I guess it makes you happy when people lose their jobs & homes.
Do you live in the woods? If not, thank a developer.

We thought it was developed way to early since it was in the middle of nowhere (JMO), but is also a tragedy to the people who lost their dream and money...

I live in Connerton and I LOVE it. Connerton is a special place, and when it gets back on its feet, it is going to be the place to be. It is beautiful, the amenities are awesome, lots of trails, a true sense of community. Now is the time to get in and get a deal before things blow up again.

Connerton lives on! Unlike so many other developments in Florida that have defaulted and entered bankrupcy, Connerton was recently purchased from the original owners. More homes are being built and new home builders are being selected. And prices of used homes have already begun to increase. In my opinion, and speaking as a resident, Connerton is without a doubt the the premier development in this area.

This guy should do some research, his video is full of inaccuracies!
