Hi ,

I'm moving to tampa, fl and I need some orientation in what is a good place to live. What apartament do you recommend? I'm looking for an apartment that is safe, has amenities, parking lot, staff is responsible, surround area are secured, nice floor plant.

Any suggestion is very appreciated.

Work: I drive a lot, doesn't matter.

With the criteria you list in your post, look at Seminole, Palm Harbour areas in Pinellas County.

How are the schools and the drugs and crime in the outskirts of tampa? Looking for a good area to raise a family. Like nice weather. I am a transmission builder and there seems to be a lot of work in Florida. I've heard good and bad things. I heard one time that Fla. was like one big crappy trailer park. I've also heard that it's beautiful and the people I heard this from are usually stuck here and trying to get back home. I just don't want my kids to have it bad. They're A honor students. Want them to have access to the best schools etc...

Lake Carlton Arms in the Lutz area is nice, that is in north Tampa. It's also has 24 hr security staff on site and at the main gate. They have townhomes with a lake view for around $850 a month. This is a very big complex with aropund 1990 units. With over 5 guys on call at anytime you will get fast service if it's needed.
