Anybody know of a place around central Texas or even a little further out where we can go ATV riding (four-wheeling)? We're in Austin and would travel up to 3 or 4 hours in any direction to find a great place to ride. Thanks!

South Padre Island, Access the north end from Corpus Christi and you will have hundreds of miles of beach and dunes to drive around in.

Bily Lovec, yes, I did do a basic search and didn't find anything of great interest.

CptnRn - we researched South Padre Island and read that the dunes have been protected since last year and we can no longer ride them. Do we have incorrect information?

Rusk County, Tx. Some really good riding, tons of trails and county wide tourist industry devoted to riding. More than your alloted time to travel .

I just ride my 6,000 acre hunting lease. $600/yr and unlimited use for family. East Texas deer lease.
