I can't believe it but it is true,it was in the Daily Sentinal yesterday with other stores ready to follow.Also metro pcs is building two locations in NAc in two in Lufkin, Metro area retailers are coming to the Nacogdoches/Lufkin area cities around 35,OOO a piece but have aminities of citys with 50,ooo plus amazing.A guy from Nyc is bulding apartments behind old Hayter House in Nac on North st and they will be four stories and have parking garage.The last thing I would like people to know is the new Timber Springs project on North university is finally making way with construction this summer according to the press and it will have a main entry building that will be four story with several other dorms on campus of the property that with be three storys with pool, on campus doctors,resturants,yoguart shop, and small retailers plus underground parking garage.Freeway coming on south end so so so much happening in east texas.

I would also like to post about the new biomass plant coming to northwest Nacogdoches county, a billion dollar corp that is halfway through construction in Cushing,Tx will also have a impact on the economy.

Not funny,but I was meaning stores that we're in the mall moved to strip centers not saying that store's are not here.Nacogdoches daytime population is 300,000 so thats not the case citi trend is just making it's way to east texas coming to citys like Lufkin,Longview,Tyler and now Nacogdoches market.

The source is at Nacogdoches Economic development.com but It doesnt have to do with college the trade area surrounding countys make up that daytime pop.SFA enrollement is 13,000 and growing right now there is construction going on all over with extra dorms and parking garage with at least 10 before all over with SFA will be in another division at this growth rate.If you don't believe that then you wouldn't believe Lufkin daytime pop is over 400,ooo.The citys are around the size of Tyler land wise and have loops that are expanding to freeways Lufkin has about 60% of there loop with the freeway image and have plans for the rest and Nac at the end of the year will start on the south end .You must haven't been to east texas in years.......

There's absolutely no way that 700k people are in that area at any given time.
