"Laredo mother"--everything I've read or heard of this incident is that this person just moved to Laredo from OHIO. Texas has nothing to do with this.

I've noticed a Florida makes the news for child abductions and bullying problems. Is it something wrong with Florida? Short answer: No. Just no.

Yes, I believe they start teaching desensitization around 1st or maybe 2nd grade(someone who is more knowledgeable about the exact grade will have to chime in); which usually consist of watching a television monitor, streaming constant atrocities(war,famine,gruesome crime scenes,etc), until the young Texan feels no more. Like they say, "it's like a whole 'nuther country!". YEEHAWW...I mean YEEWHATEV
