I suggest Carrollton, Tx it has a train commute to Dallas which is a lot easier than driving into Dallas. I use to live in Carrollton nice area lots around with neighboring Addison nightlife and easy commute to Dallas. There are even some really nice townhomes across from the station that were built about 5 years ago in downtown Carrollton you can easily walk across and up to the express station.
