So, when if I walked into a Wal-Mart in Dallas or Houston, I would see blonde hair, brown hair, and black hair? I'd hear Spanish, Spanglish, English, and Ebonics?

No, you will see mostly white people or people that act white in Dallas.

Austin is thought to be socially liberal because of the university. The student population is mostly into long horns football games, drinking at the bars, and preparing for exams. That is liberal for you

Sounds like you will enjoy Corpus Christi, Houston and San Antonio. In Dallas most people act white and are involved mostly with white culture, not that it is bad or anything.

All that + Vietnamese in a Houston Wal-Mart. We even had a Mariachi band at our Wal-Mart set up playing in the mens clothes area.

I second the Houston, Corpus, SA region, but you're talking about tropical heat in all 3. San Antonio does get a dry heat sometimes, though.

Exactly, the tropical heat is pretty bad.

Tell me you're playing. That isn't true in the least bit.

That strongly depends on which Wal-Mart they walk into.

I'm not talking about central or south which most white people avoid residing in like the plague.

Anywhere in the city of Houston is fair game for those 3 languages. They are so common that 'help lines' and city publications are in those 3 languages.

But as far as Spanish/Spanglish goes, everything inside the beltway + the suburbs that hug the beltway. Add the NE half of Ft. Bend County, the industrial areas way out east to Baytown, and just about all of Galveston County.
