I can only see two pictures. A drawbridge, and an intact plane. The third link defaults to the "Forbidden" announcement. Does the drawbridge look like a crashed plane, or vice versa? If not, are they both in the same place?
Yes, that's it. The bridge was the first objective taken by the allies in the Normandy assault. It was taken by British glider-borne commando's. It was named the Pegasus Bridge later because Pegasus was on the shoulder patch of those British troops. The code message I gave as a clue was the message broadcast to the Frency Resistance to let them know the invasion was underway.
The picture I posted of the bridge is of the new bridge, which is almost a carbon copy of the original. The old bridge is preserved in a field which is part of the museum at one end of the bridge.
