This one is another case that fascinated me at the time but I was younger in my age and not as passionate. Now that I am reading about it again, I am getting fired up.

Even at the time when it happened.. I think I was about 26 years old.. I REALLY felt the mother had something to do with it. I don't know why, but my gut was screaming at me.

It's just SO odd that they found part of her mother's paint brush (I guess she was into crafts) in JBR's private parts.

Also, it was inconclusive as to whether she had previous sexual abuse. I guess they can tell that kind of stuff.

THe whole thing is just not inline with a classic "outside" crime. Who writes a HUGE ransom note (by the way, they did handwriting analysis and couldn't rule her mother out from writing that note) on paper that came from the house and leaves it on the stairwell???? So like.. someone was just roaming around the house at night and wrote the note at the dinner table??? HELLO?????

The girl was found IN her home... usually they are found somewhere else. No steps in the snow... I mean, the whole thing just stinks of an inside job.

THe whole crime scene was contained within the home.. including the paper used for the ransom note, the items used on the girl, the girl being found in the basement...

I also agree there was something ritual... child porn type of thing that went on. There was a book written by a guy that explained how there is this whole underground child porn... sex thing that goes on and that it what happened to JBR. I didn't read the book but I think you can get it on Amazon still.

Also, the ransom note is SO telling that one of the parents (most likely the mom) wrote it.

Check out this link about someone that picks apart line by line the ENTIRE ransom note. Fascinating to say the least.

Analysis Of The JonBenet Ramsey Ransom Note

WHY would someone cover it up? Without a reason it's a lame conspiracy theory.

But it would make a fantastic mystery fiction novel. Sad that a beautiful little girl is dead. I agree it was the Mother. I could not believe it, but I believe it now. Mothers kill, and get away with it, because we don't want to believe that mothers kill.

Mother was hiding a lot of info. Karma is a bee-otch and she died a painful cancer death.

Had never seen those photos before but holy crap with the skull! Holy crap!

That is a horrific injury.

Was the basement concrete? Could they have thrown her on the floor, her head smacking the concrete to create that injury?

I don't see how a 9 year old kid would have that much strength to make that injury. It had to be an adult. Who, I don't know but I don't agree it was the brother.

And a person really has to do major physical damage to a child to be convicted of child abuse.

If no one ever saw Jonbenet abused, therefore, it never happened? Same with Caylee Anthony...
Good post, but I don't think it has anything to do with abortion. It was brought up that the JonBenet Ramsey murder scene was extremely tainted. I don't know why that is but nevertheless it happens. And it's sickening. What is happening to these kids???

Seriously? John Ramsey was the CEO of a company called Access Graphics, that had $1 billion in sales in '96. His bonus in 1996 was 118k, so his salary was obviously a lot more.

I definitely the Ramseys were involved somehow. I just don't buy the theory that an unknown intruder kidnapped JonBenet from her bedroom, brought her down to the bedroom where he strangled her and bashed her head, and then wrote a ransom note on paper that was already in the house.
