the Appeal judges (2 of them) and the 6 jury members looked at the DNA for the appeal. The Italian DA needs to be behind bars for his role in framing someone.

I tend to think Meredith Kirchner suffered a little bit more than Knox.
So what! That is not even the subject. So you think Amanda didn't suffer? Her new friend and roo mate murdered and she does 4 yrs and is innocent. Please don't reply. I can just imagine your answer.
Thats what I think. It's not like the prosecutors didnt know she was complicit, they just couldn't do a good enough job of proving it.
If she was truly innocent she would not have known a thing about what happened, but I tend to agree with the prosecution she knows who killed her and was indirectly involved. I don't think she committed the murder.
But, as a high profile American, I knew she would walk. She is free to cash in, I wonder what she will charge for her interviews?
She was obviously involved in the events that led up to the murder of her room mate. So here we have another promiscuous young (White) woman who uses drugs, getting away with murder. Typical. I'm sure the victim's family has suffered enough without having to see their loved one's murderer walk free.
