Where has he said anything different? In more than one documentary he says that he arrived at the house about ten minutes after the body was found, and was shocked at the way a suspect was allowed to take part in a search. He and his team members were the only agents at the scene that day.
I thought I heard him say that on the CBS doc. I thought he said he told Arndt to go through the house with John to see if anything was missing. Did I mishear? Did he say it was Arndt's idea?
Newsweek is reporting that another child molestor confessed to a friend. Problem is, he's in prison for sex crimes, so his DNA is in the system. Surely all the profiles that were found on JB are also in there. So no match to the touch DNA.

Oh, dear god. 20 years on and he is just coming forward now. (Just when I had this all figured out)
Interesting how John said he was going to search 'bottom to top".
I've never heard it that way, it's always 'top to bottom'.
He happened to know if he started at the top of the house someone else may have had time find her.
Boulder PD held the evidence; that's another reason that the DA's office was so upset with them. They could have started clearing suspects in early 1997 if it had been released. (BPD had the Ramseys as suspects from the beginning; they wanted the case .
If BPD held back evidence on matching dna in her undewear and fingernails; where the hell did Lou Smit get his info JonBenets own dna were under her fingernails?
Another issue, Meyer did fingernail scrapings with unsterlized, previously used instruments in collection of samples for police....
Underwear dna degraded and still incomplete. 10 markers were needed for codis entry. This will never be a DNA case.

The blood in her underwear, mixed with the DNA from the foreign, caucasion male was found first. This is evidence revealed from the Carnes lawsuit, I believe. (I don't know anything about Lou Smit discussing DNA....I didn't watch any of these TV specials.)
I would be very interested in where you're getting your information. I want to be sure to never go there.
Because it doesn't match up with your RDI theory?
She voided her bladder just after death (a common occurrence) just outside the wine cellar in the basement. Her urine stains were found there.
