I think your doing the right thing. I think you can pretty well be sure. The next time the lease is due to be renewed. That rent will be going up again. That's how its done today.

Personally, Grmi . . . I feel that is your best option.

My Patio Home is off Stone, just South of the Tucson Mall and is about as convenient as you can get. I rarely feel "forced to drive" and prefer Biking or Walking most of the time.

Granted, your total monthly obligation may begin a little higher than rent, however, in the long haul I firmly believe you would be saving money. Also, there is a Pride Of Ownership factor to consider.

The place we are looking for is not for me, but for a disabled member of the family. Actually looking in your area because they work for one of the car dealers close to mall.
